Mobile games (49Chain)

49Chain is published by Codex Leo AS (organisation number 925 975 931), Feierbakken 5, 3040 Drammen, Norway. The game has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location or payment details.

Data stored on your device only

High scores, the game in progress, language choice and the sound setting are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA where permitted), an approximate location derived from your IP address, device information such as model, operating system and language, and ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks. This data is shared with Google for advertising and analytics.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time via "Privacy settings" in the game's main menu. Without consent you may see non-personalised ads or no ads; the game works the same.

See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543 for Google's handling of this data.

Crash reporting (Sentry)

To find and fix bugs, the game sends crash reports and error diagnostics to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). A report contains a technical description of the error, the app version, the device model and operating system version, and an anonymous installation identifier. Reports never contain your name, email address or game content. See https://sentry.io/privacy/.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. For data handled by Google or Sentry, use the links above. For anything else, contact support@codexleo.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Norway that is Datatilsynet (https://www.datatilsynet.no).
